I’m surprised there wasn’t a line out the door!! This place has the most delicious Korean corn dogs that I have ever tasted!! The food is so fresh and tasty! There has to be some Korean aunties in the back cooking because somebody put some extra love in this meal!! I stopped here with my son after a day of running errands and I was delightfully surprised at not only the fun decor but the amazing customer service. I’ve seen this place on the Too Good To Go app and it’s always sold out before I ever get a chance to pick it (now I see why)! I can’t wait to come here again to try more from their menu! This place is definitely needed in BR!!
Uber Eats description for Buldak reads "Spicy Korean-style chicken dish". I ordered this expecting a chicken dish. I received a bowl of noodles with egg on top.
First time trying Korean corn dogs - I used the Too Good to Go app and they made 2 corn dogs to go for $5.51 (including tax!). Absolutely a steal. Corn dogs were fresh with a crunchy exterior & you can choose to add sugar. I loved how fresh they were! Not much space to sit down & they did have K pop music videos playing which made the space feel smaller. Lots of great options so we'll back to try out the rest.
I was happy to know there was a Korean corn dog restaurant in Baton Rouge! The place is small inside with limited seating. It got crowded really fast during lunch hours. I ordered a Korean potato corn dog, Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and the Italian soda. Potato Corn dog- You can omit the sugar if you want to. When I bite into the corn dog, I can taste the sausage, breading, potatoes, and the sugar. I love the everything except for the meat. It wasn't great. It really overshadowed the rest of the food. I will only get the same corn dog with mozzarella instead! The Bacon egg sandwich- Best part is upgrading the bread into the garlic one. Bacon was crispy and good. I wanted more. Eggs were fluffy. Cheese was ok! I didn't recognize the sauces in it, but I enjoyed it. Italian soda- I a
Got the Tteokpoki, Fish cake soup, Teriyaki Toast, Classic Egg toast, Mango Italian Soda, Peach Yogurt Drink and Passion Fruit Italian Soda. They were out of corn dogs today so we weren't able to try those out. Service was good and our order came out in 15 minutes. Everything was really good, out of all the drinks the Passion Fruit Italian soda was my personal favorite. The Egg toasts were delicious and freshly made lot of good flavors incorporated into each sandwich. The Fish cake soup was very flavorful and traditional Korean style definitely good for these cold days Tteokpoki was good but a little heavier on the gochujjang than I'd prefer. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu but excited to come back and try their corn dogs.
