Multi million dollar white elephant. Big beautiful, nearly empty building. What a waste of money in a county where there's inadequate water, sewer garbage pick up, litter pick up, roads, law enforcement, Some politician made a lot of money in kickbacks to build that building, just like the recreation center.
Completely incompetent...
