Taco Bell

Do not come here!!!!! It took over 30 minutes to get our food and when we got it stuff was missing and a lot of it was made incorrectly. When we took the food up there to be fixed it took them 4 times to make a burrito with no sour cream. FOUR TIMES!!! Save your money and go to KFC.

Normally I don't post bad reviews, but this is roughly the 3rd time I have had an error or a bad experience at this location. I ordered my normal food there this time specifying I wanted the Beef substituted for Chicken on my Crunchy Taco that accompanied my Chalupas. Got half way through my Taco and noticed beef on it. I have Gout. It's triggered by "Red Meat" which beef is. So now I have to worry about my knee swelling up and not being able to walk without being in excruciating pain. I know people make mistakes, and I am certainly not perfect by any means. But this is certainly the last time I will go to Taco Bell.

Went to get a crunchwrap, drove 20 minutes home only to find my crunch wrap had a hole in it, wasn't closed correctly and it's super cold. Not an ounce of heat in it. Tried to call, no answer. A waste of money.

I don't remember the service here being that great. Such a fancy place for such a rundown town; pay your employees better.

I work at a taco Bell in Michigan, I am a night shift manager. I stopped here tonight to get food on my 14 hr drive home and honestly it sucked. I ordered 7 items. 3 soft tacos (which we're fine) a cheese quesadilla which wasn't steamed and was burnt but not cut, a cheesy bean and rice burrito add sour which was half portion bean, what tasted like day old crunchy rice and no sour, burnt and folded not wrapped. A stacker that was burnt and a 3cz melt that wasn't steamed and was not spread across the flatbread. As a food service worker I try to be as understanding as possible but this sucked guys. Sorry
