Off the Hook Raw Bar & Grill Freeport

We took a little drive out to Nautical Mile today it’s not the typical season to visit, but a few restaurants are still open and offering amazing service without all the summer traffic (which is such a plus!). We decided to try Off the Hook, and it turned out to be a great choice! We started off with some Saratoga still water served with fresh lemon ❤️ I love little details like that, they really matter. For drinks, he had a Hennessy beer, and I went with a spicy passion margarita (recommended by our waitress, Christina). She was right it was delicious! Nice and spicy, just how I like it. My second one wasn’t quite as spicy as the first, so make sure to tell them to keep it spicy! He started with oysters first the Rockefeller oysters (6 for $25). He said they were decent but not quite

I had dinner at Off the Hook on July 4th and several things stood out. The restaurant is dog friendly and had outdoor seating right on the water. The staff couldn’t be nicer or friendlier. Several staff members 4/5 came up to us to greet our dog and offered water as well. Because we were on the water we also had a front row seat to the fireworks Our server was very charismatic and funny. Food and Drinks: The drinks were fantastic, I went with the spicy Paloma. The food was the only disappointing part. The fish and shrimp were a little bland. The Octopus (not pictured) was delicious. The food portions relative to the price was a bit disappointing (6 shrimp for $32 and one piece of Octopus for $30). Overall we had a great time but will probably not come back for dinner.

When i first went with my husband, we sat at the bar. We were greeted by the owner, really nice. The food and drinks were amazing. I came home and told my sister and my cousin that we had to go there. They are always looking for new places to try. Well, we went and they also loved it. They also found the food and drinks amazing. Ater we had dinner, we sat at the bar to listen to some Jazz that was playing live and the owner gave us a round of Lemon drop shots. That was so nice of him. Off The Hook in Freeport is now one of my favorite places to go for food and drinks. That was my 2nd time there and I will be back again.

We had a wonderful meal here to celebrate a family member’s birthday party. The owner reserved the best seats in the house for us and we had the most amazing service and food; we were treated like royalty. The seafood was incredibly fresh and my husband said they were the best oysters he’d ever had. The steak frites were incredible. We look forward to coming back again over the summer!

Drawn in by a mailer advertising $24.95 bottomless brunch. Turns out it’s only for drinks and no entree included. 😅 The new venue is really classy with radiant sunlight from all angles. 👍👍 Love the high end leather lounge bench seats. My gal says “you got to try this lobster bisque!” I happily obliged and must say “Mind blowingly delicious.”🥇🥇 11/13/24 Great food & oysters on THE MILE.
