Customer Reviews
Best bakery in the universe. We got a pumpkin pie for Christmas, and it’s excellent. The crust is perfectly flakey and delicious! Their bear claws are also divine. It’s culinary art for sure. If I’m running errands, I’m slurping down an iced coffee from them too. Thank you guys!
One of my vices is pastries, so imagine my surprise finding some of the best in Salmon, Idaho! Buttery, flaky croissants, fresh-baked breads, and smooth organic coffee—it’s honestly a dream. If you’re as obsessed with high-quality pastries as I am, this spot is a must. They definitely don’t skimp on ingredients. You can taste their passion for baking in every bite.
Every town needs one of these! Freshly baked breads-still warm from the oven, muffins, bear claws, and danishes are cooling on a rack immediately after walking in. The sight is heavenly! The cooled case was filled with several pre-made, delicious, looking sandwich options. We visited twice in 2 days. Into our bellies went danishes, cardamom bombs, a bear claw, ham and jam croissants, cranberry turkey sandwiches, and the most perfectly baked pan loaf bread. All were as they should be-flavorful, moist and flaky. Today, I had a delicious latte. It was a perfect way to start our day drive down the Salmon River. Thank you for 2 mouthwatering experiences. I'm glad we will be enjoying the pan loaf bread for the next few days as we set out on more adventures.
Stopped here on our way through and wow so glad we did! We bought a BLT to share and a tea and coffee, to start. The tea was amazing!! Made right there in MT. And the sandwich we were supposed to share we wished we’d gotten our own. Ended up buying a loaf of bread to make sandwiches on the road and, my god, it was so good we ended up eating a few slices after we left! I highly recommend stopping here. The food was so good and the people were very friendly
The food is really good but the Chai is to die for, full of flavor and smooth. So I ordered the hippie steak sandwich because in my mind I thought beef. Well to find out there is no meet in it and it was really good. The perfect combination of sauce and flavor the all the veggies. If your vegetarian you will love this sandwich like I like it my steak. Even though I like meet in my sandwich I would highly recommend it. The broccoli quiche was really good not hard like some places you may tried and the turkey veggie was good as well. Everyone that was working here was also super friendly and welcoming.
