Im drooling writing this thinking about the nachos! They do the best nachos in all the land! Seriously.. just try them. Also have tried the tacos and my kids loved the kids cup! Next up is to try some of their famous drinks.

Always amazing food. The burritos are giant and will feed you for days! The quesadillas are so good. The pork is my favorite protein. The red and green sauces are both excellent. The service is always great.

The Bitterroot Bistro is hands down my most favorite place to eat in Salmon, Idaho. The food is ALWAYS fresh and loaded with flavor. The portions are very generous, we never go away hungry. The bistro is family owned and operated and they are so dang fun, helpful and always super nice. Lots of love and laughter surrounds this little slice of heaven. Looking for an unforgettable experience you have got to try the Bitterroot Bistro..You won't be disappointed. They aim to please their customers and it shows . Thanks Guys! P. S. And... What a gift to come across this amazing food truck just as we were rolling through town hungry on the way to start a hike, wondering how we would fuel up. The answer was deliciously, overwhelmingly satisfyingly, and affordably. I had a big taco (2nd on the menu, don't remember the name) and my companion had a quesadilla. This looks like the kind of menu you could throw a dart at and whatever it lands on will be fantastic.

Hands down the BEST FOOD IN SALMON! Authentic, all made from scratch. Usually open 4 days a week but typically can be found at “Idaho Adventures River Trips” parking lot. The best tacos I’ve ever had. The blended strawberry and coconut lemonade is 🤌
