Ocean View Restaurant

I ordered the OVR Avo Toast to go from Ocean View Restaurant, and it was excellent! The avocado was super fresh, the marble swirl rye bread was great, and the toppings were balanced and flavorful. It was also beautifully presented. Even in a to-go box it looked vibrant and inviting, which made it that much more enjoyable. The order was ready quickly, packaged well, and just as tasty as dining in. I’ll definitely be back!

Great local place for good food at a good price. Popular for breakfast. Most items are terrific but today was a miss on the Eggs Benedict - added crab for $6 and it was just a couple tablespoons of what looked like Special grade, not lump/backfin, the "Canadian bacon" was a slice of deli thin ham, and there was a serious dearth of hollandaise, (see pic.) Pancakes, home fries, omelets, meats, coffee are all good. Fresh squeezed juice for crushes!

Visiting from Texas, and wouldn’t have chosen any other place to eat!! The grilled Ruben was amazing and their season cream of crab was amazing!! My sister got their BLT and with turkey and that didn’t disappoint either. I will be back They have a full bar, to include a damn good Bloody Mary!

We always love the breakfasts here but today we had lunch and I tried the chili on the brunch menu and it was excellent. Friendly atmosphere and our server, David, was very attentive.

I ordered the gluten free pancakes. It was $8 for two pancakes, an additional $2 per pancake for gluten free and extra for blueberries. It ended up being $14 for my blueberry gluten free short stack. I took a bite and they were the worst gluten free pancakes I’ve ever had. The server asked how everything was and I told her/showed her the inside of my pancakes were doughy. I told her they weren’t good. She ensured me they were fully cooked and walked away. She saw I was not taking them home with me or eating them. When she saw me taking a picture of them she asked if there was something wrong with them in a rude tone. I told her they weren’t good. She responded “well you could have told me there was something wrong with them”. I told her I did tell her they weren’t good and were doughy like
