I would say that this place is seafood lovers heaven! The seafood is fresh and very good quality. They make it all so delicious and flavorful! It always crowded and long line during the weekend but it’s totally worth it. My favorite is the razor clams, grilled escargot, and sweet & sour fried red tilapia. The hot pot is definitely perfect for the cold winter. For the drink, I would totally recommend coconut kumquat. It’s so sweet and refreshing. The service is fast and the staff is very knowledgeable of their menu. Totally recommend for the seafood lovers and Definitely will be back again!!

An Absolute Must-Try! Incredible Food & Service. We had an unforgettable lunch here with a group of 9 friends and family. Our host, who knows the area well, brought us to this gem, and it exceeded all expectations! The food is simply spectacular. We ordered more than six dishes to share, and every single one was delicious. The snail dishes are truly to die for—so flavorful and fresh. I was even brave enough to try the legendary balut (embryo duck egg), and it was a unique and authentic experience I won't forget! What made the meal even better was the fantastic service. Our server was incredibly attentive, handled our large table with ease, and paid close attention to all our requests and details. This is the perfect kind of family restaurant for an authentic, delicious, and lively meal

A very fun restaurant for seafood lovers. The menu is very extensive, so there's a lot of items to try. They specialize in shellfish, so we were most excited to try those items. The razor clams are pretty popular, but they weren't in stock when we were here at 5 pm (I hear they often are sold out quick). The King Scallop with roe were probably our favorite, but they were quite pricey at $27 for 4. We also got the garlic fatty snail, which I thought was a little heavy on the butter, but still tasted great, especially adding some of the lime and salt provided. The deep fried soft shell crab was a little disappointing - super heavy on the breading (maybe should've ordered the tempura one instead) and the flavors were inconsistent. Some of the crabs had a lot more crab roe than others and were

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!! TLDR: Save your time and money. Go to the original location. Lack of accountability*** Preface: Visiting from Virginia. Wait time - 1hr 20min. Visited original location a few months previously. Excited to be visiting California again, my friend (her first time) and I decided to go to OC and Lau for dinner. I wanted her to experience the amazing food that I was able to previously. Unbeknownst to us, the original location is closed on Tuesdays. Naturally, we decided to visit OC and Lau 2. After waiting a horrendous time to be seated (popular, not their fault), we ordered right away as I knew which items were top tier. * Steamed tom yum clams * Steamed lemon grass clams * Creamy salted egg yolk dotted escargot * Coconut swirly escargot with basil leaves. I

I've heard so much about this place so I finally decided to come try it! It was packed when we walked in so presumably this place is a hot hit! Service is what is lacking here - I understand they are extremely busy but I ordered two items (grilled king scallops and the tiger prawn glass noodle). The wait was long to get a table (waitlist through yelp available). We finally got a table at 6:40 pm and put in our orders. It's been one hour and our food still isn't made yet. The food finally came out after asking them multiple times after 90 min wait. Food- the grilled king scallops taste as they are expected, nothing mind blowing or amazing. The tiger prawn glass noodles as well Ambiance - casual, great for family dinners Overall my experience was the food was pretty average and the wait
