Oak & Reed

Came to Oak & Reed today Sunday 11/30/25 to celebrate my wife’s birthday and ordered 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes. starting with the appetizers we had the Korean broccoli which was very good, I believe it’s one of the most requested dish by diners. The other appetizer was the crab cakes, which if you see the pictures is made up of carb cake in the center and flour and cornmeal on the outer sides. Yes it tasted just like it sounds cornmeal with carb meat in the center. I would not recommend this appetizer. I’ve had better ones at a true sea food restaurant. The other main dishes were the shank of lamb which my wife found it was under seasoned. Saffron rice was not found in the dish. but must say the meat was very tender….off the bone tender. We have been trying to go here for a while and each time it was a private event. Finally on Valentine’s Day we got in on a limb sat at the bar and it was better than I ever expected. From the moment we sat down to the moment we left the service was amazing. The food was spectacular and so were the drinks. We cant wait to go back.

Tried the winter squash (starter), buttermilk fried chicken and the salmon. Everything was on point, ESPECIALLY the squash which is a MUST try, if you're in the area. The blueberry mocktail is also exquisite. Special shout-out to the super friendly staff.

We hosted my daughter’s bridal shower at Oak & Reed and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first conversation, Laura was kind, accommodating, and attentive to every detail I had in mind. On the day of the event, the staff gave us a bit of extra time to set up and were incredibly helpful — constantly checking in to see how they could assist. During the shower, the service was excellent, the food and the drinks were absolutely delicious (10/10!), and the atmosphere was just perfect for our wildflower theme. A special shoutout to Isabella,, our server, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Truly a wonderful place with a beautiful vibe.
