O2 Valley

Wow, 02 Valley was excellent. We get the breaded Pork cutlet, which is the best "Pork Katsu" i have eaten. I also love their Winter Mellon drinks... you have to stop by and experience 02 valley...

Solid fast casual Taiwanese food with a good sized portion of food for the price! Super consistent and flavorful. The basil chicken is a classic braised chicken and side dishes are delightful. The garlic veggies aren’t over cooked and the noodles are great as well. Staff are friendly and efficient keeping everything in the dining area clean and well stocked.

We stopped in at this restaurant and were amazed at the bento boxes! We had squid. I eat out a ton and this is actually the best squid I’ve had in the bay. Got the Five flavor sauce- Delish!

O2 Valley is my O2 because it's such a good takeout staple. The food is fresh and reminds me of the daily life bentos in Taiwan. The menu has many selections (including vegetarian), online ordering is easy, and the place is nicely renovated with modern fast casual vibes. Portions are generous and it's a well-balanced meal with protein, rice, steamed veggies, and a delicious tea egg. I wish there were an option to reverse the proportions of the vegetables and rice, but I think I'm in the minority. Major bonus points for compostable bento boxes!

I ordered a variety of dishes today, and perhaps because there were so many items, I realized that two of the same drinks were missing pearls. I contacted the store to report the issue, and they responded quickly, immediately refunding the cost of one of the drinks. Although they only refunded one drink, I could still feel the store's sincerity and attentiveness. Additionally, they informed me that I could get a free drink on my next visit. The food was also very delicious. Despite the small mistake, the store's swift handling left a great impression, and I look forward to coming back again!
