NY Chicken and Grill

If you want to order a steak sub, go somewhere else! This was the most tasteless food I've ever eaten. My Philly cheese steak barley had any cheese and the shrimp was tasteless and I was given one strip of turkey bacon that cost me $2.50 Oh! and the tea mix taste like 4C tea from the grocery store.

I normally eat here once a week and they normally have the best food. I picked my food up on the way home from work. once I opened it i noticed it had a burnt smell but tried to give it a chance. Not only was the outside burnt but on the inside was too. The meat had a burnt aftertaste and some pieces were crispy. I called they told me to bring it back claimed the cook has been there for years but bring it back. I go there today and they open it and say we normally don’t take back outside food. I tell him what I was told and he give me attitude. I asked the other customer in the store if it looks burnt and he agreed. Then he continues to say this isn’t burnt to me. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this needs to be shared. I found maggots in my food, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. When I contacted the restaurant to report the issue, the staff was rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the concern or offering any assistance, one of the staff members told me to “get a lawyer” and then hung up the phone. I’ve attached photos for transparency. Please be cautious and thoroughly inspect your food before eating here.

Honestly 10/10 Food,Service and atmosphere were all really good the place was really clean and the food comes out fresh every time must try. will definitely be going back.

Yessss they have the most amazing RICE..it was cooked to perfection ..My kisses 💋 to the chef 💋Was my 1st time eating here ...I had a chicken fajitas w/ rice ..Loved it .& .Will be back when I visit area again ..Thx
