Came to him based on reviews; however, I must have caught him on a bad day. He charges $10. Go to either UPS in Clinton, they charge $8 and offer a more comfortable experience. I pull into the neighborhood and realized his “office” is in his private home. Because of my past experiences, I called and asked him to come outside prior to pulling up. He lacked empathy saying “nobody is going to touch you”. His response gave me the creeps but he still agreed to come out. His wife met me outside first and said because of his limited mobility he doesn’t like coming outside. I told her I can leave if he’s not comfortable. She’s said it was fine so I parked. Mr Scott was so very helpful with the process of looking up government forms that I needed. He also printed them out. Saved me a trip to downtown DC witch would have been a headache. Mr. Scott you are much appreciated. I keep your card in my wallet.

Mr Scott was great! He got us in, last minute, on a Saturday...something the UPS store couldn't even do. He was kind and inviting and you can't beat his prices. Highly recommend!
