Nuovo Wood Fired Pizza

This is the tastiest pizza I’ve ever tried in Fresno. The ingredients were so fresh and I can appreciate every flavor that went into it. We got the spicy burrata honey vegetarian style. I loved the ambiance too and the staff is very friendly. I’ll be daydreaming about this pizza for sure!

It's criminal if Nuovo is less than 5 stars. I've reviewed hundreds of places from all over and Nuovo has the freshest, most incredible flavors of pizza. The crust on their pies beat the competition by miles. The freshness can't be beat. And to make the pie even better: the service..exceptional service from the team

My husband and I were craving yummy pizza after our recent trip to Europe, and this place did not disappoint. We ordered the hot honey burrata and La Spetza. Both pizzas were delicious, but we both agreed that La Spetza had the slight edge. The pizza has a thin dough in the middle and thicker dough for the crust. The combination of flavors were delicious and the ingredients tasted fresh. Half of a pizza was sufficient as a serving size for dinner. We look forward to coming back, and recommend giving this place a try.

If you’re looking for some delicious and interesting wood fire pizza and cozy atmosphere this is the spot to go. I cannot praise this place enough it deserves more than 5 stars. My girlfriend and I went on a whim to try a new pizza spot. From being greeted by the host at the front who I forgot to get their name but they were so friendly and helpful. To the atmosphere which was nice and cozy even though it’s outside dining which even in the cold was comfortable with the heater they have in the enclosed dining space. Finishing with the absolutely delicious wood fire pizza which was 11/10. And the delicious bottled soda. We had the classic pepperoni which was amazing along with the Pepe and that was the star of the show. Both pizzas are thin with thick crust with a perfect balance of toppings

This pizza truck restored my faith in humanity. One bite in and I forgot all my problems, my responsibilities, and the concept of time. I don’t know what they’re putting in the dough, but it feels illegal. Do yourself a favor and eat here immediately.
