Nunzio's Pizza

I don’t think any of these reviewers have seen the health score at this place, much less the details of how they got that score. We got our recent order with a baby German cockroach in the box. Which then prompted me to check their health score with the county which is 90. To give a reference, dominos has a 99. When I clicked on the details, sure enough, live roaches were observed by the health inspector. There was some other troubling issues in there but seeing a health inspector saw many roaches and then seeing one in your pizza box- this clearly is a big issue. I probably wouldn’t have thought twice if it were some random bug, but German roaches are always from infestation. I won’t be eating here again.

Pizza, pepperoni and green peppers, was delicious, hot, and done on time. Toppings were tasty and fresh while crust was thin, done perfectly. I will go back!

Old School NY pizza here! We prefer their Sicilian 6-slice pie and I always offer garlic knots but they are hit or miss some days they are crunchy or oil & garlicky

Absolutely the Best Pizza Around! Nunzio’s Pizza never disappoints! From the first bite, you can taste the quality and care that goes into every pie. The crust is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, the sauce is flavorful and balanced—not too sweet, not too tangy—and the cheese is always melty and delicious.

when we first moved here from NYC this place was pretty good. in fact the first time it was not unlike a standard pizza place. would not be the best in the city but was on par with any reliable slice. we had gone once or twice more and I'd describe it as "would not get it if i was at home but fully acceptable here" but the quality has just been bad. I'm not sure if it's appealing to local taste but the sauce to cheese ratio is way off and it's almost like the oven deck isn't hot enough because the dough is borderline undercooked giving the slice a terrible structure. if you don't eat your pizza the right way maybe this is fine but it's not edible as far as I'm concerned. effectively a waste of a pie.
