I never write any reviews, but this is an extremely rare exception. All I needed was a simple notary for city employee retirement membership application. Provided my valid state driver's license. The young lady started filling out her section, signed it, dated it and then decided that she has doubts whether or not I am in fact the person on my Valid NY State Driver's license. Then she CROSSED out her signature and said sorry I have my doubts. What I do not understand is if she had doubts in the first place, WHY even fill out her section and completely ruining my application and wasting both our times? Absolutely avoid this out of own apartment run business. I am going to officially file a complaint against this business the Better Business Bureau. Just unprofessional.
