Nothing Bundt Cakes

Quick, courteous service. They were busy when we went and we had to wait a few minutes fornour order, however we were getting the special, as was literally everyone in the shop. They had everything in stock. Small storefront, no tables for dine in. Tables set up with accessories and cute kitchen goodies. For example neoprene coffee holders for your Dunkin/Starbucks cups.

While their cakes may be delicious; uninspired; but taste okay; they way they treat their employees is not.As I read through the comments it does not surprise me to see negative comments about staff. Staff will act towards customers in the same way they are treated by the business. Personally, I will only support businesses that are honest, transparent and treat their employees with the respect they deserve. It’s not just about the final product but how a business is run that will get my money. It’s perhaps unfortunate that this negative experience was my one and only interaction with just Bundt cakes but bc of it I will never return nor recommend them. (And no I am not now nor ever an employee of just Bundt cakes. My opinion came via my own observation)

My husband went by Nothing Bundt Cake on Laurens Rd in Greenville SC. We absolutely love nothing bundt cake but today we purchased 2 Oreos, 1 red velvet, and 1snickers Individual bundt cake. As my husband was eating his snickers bundt cake he spit out some of cake and there was GLASS in his cake. It cut the top of his mouth. I have emailed and filed a complaint on the web site.I would like a call back about this situation as this could of harmed my husband if he would of swolled it. We are truly upset and need answers.

The cake was amazing but I was a little surprised about the attitude of the staff. The cake is made covered with frosting in a hard shell plastic container, which makes it almost impossible to get it out with you hand without making a mess, so I asked for a spoon. The staff told me that they don't have spoons, and then I asked: "How am I supposed to eat it?" The staff dismissively answered with a smirk: "You can eat with your hand." Seriously? Perceiving her attitude, I said nothing more, paid and left, went on to the nearby gas station and got a spoon. Again, the cake was fantastic.

A trip here to get a Bundt cake or a few is always a treat, this is a fun little shop with some great decor inside for any special ox air celebration you might have coming up. There are always lots of choices here to buy. I like that there are different size Bundt cakes to pick from, if you join the Nothing Bundt Cakes birthday club you will get a free Bundtlet for your birthday! I like how there is a good amount of flavors to choose from and not overly sweet with to much icing, I did feel like the staff could have been a little friendlier, I felt rushed to get my order and leave.
