Nothing Bundt Cakes

Unacceptable. Ordered a delivery directly from their website from out of state on Valentine's Day for delivery to my sister. She received a message from Uber that it was unable to be delivered even though the address and business name were correct on the order. I called to figure this out and the girl I spoke with was completely unprofessional and just unintelligent. She could not understand anything I was telling her.... Literally nothing. I kept telling her I was out of state and she was insistent that I lived in Canyon. She could not understand why my order wasn't delivered and had "no idea where it was even at" before taking my name. Then she said there were two orders (under my name and the recipient name... goodness), even though it was just one.... She said I'd have to place another

I never had an issue here and I was greeted warmly. I received my birthday bundt cake ( Red Velvet ) and overall the staff were very nice. I'll be back!

You are selling CUPCAKES and NOT Burgers why you do not have FREE FORKS for your cupcakes? It’s UNFAIR we need to buy your forks, what do you expect us use our fingers digging the cupcakes inside the container? I bought a dozen yesterday to enjoy them with my kids in the park, I have to drive around to find a disposable forks because you don’t have them and you are selling it for like $1.99 so I have to buy 12 pieces? Your cupcakes are already expensive JUST GIVE FREE DISPOSABLE FORKS! Also, put the SEAL in the right place, put it in the opening NOT where the lid is connected. So that it will show when someone else open them, see the pictures: AGAIN YOUR CUPCAKES COST $4 ALREADY PROVIDE FREE DISPOSABLE FORKS! It’s like selling a soda in a cup without giving a straw! Simple

We love the Bundt cakes always moist and so so good and the service is good friendly staff and very helpful..

This is the most amazing and delicious cake I have ever eaten in my life! Their white chocolate raspberry is just phenomenal and i love the customer service as well. Just brilliant!
