Parad-ice Artisan Ice Cream

The customer service was so amazing. The staff were very helpful and kind. This is the first time in and they gave us samples of any of the ice cream requested. The corn in a cup was very flavorful. We also got the bionico which consist of your flavor of ice cream, choice of fruit, cream and just so refreshing and yummy. You must try this place.

This is one of the best ice cream places I’ve visited. Not only is their ice cream full of flavor and natural, but the customer service truly stands out. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help you choose the perfect flavor. The atmosphere feels welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. tried it for the first time with my family and we accidentally stumbled into the place 30 minutes before closing. nonetheless, customer service was excellent and we felt very welcome. juan was amazing! offering us samples and making sure everything was to our standards. place was cute, clean, and overall a very good experience. 10/10 will be back again! :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very friendly owners and very friendly people to come and grab a snack and drink. Even the icecream is delicious and homemade. When you walk in you can already feel the presence of welcoming. Their story is amazing how they passed it down in generations. Ask them about their story, and you will be amazed of what you hear. 10/10 would recommend
