Nothing Bundt Cakes

Nice place to get your Bundt cakes. Good selection, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Got the mini Bundt’s when we came here in September 2025. Had the bundtinis before, and a good choice for parties.

I had the most uncomfortable and unpleasant experience today when going. The cashier was extremely rude to me the whole transaction huffed at me when I told her I’d like to use a coupon and the cakes look like they were made with hate.

Eat at several locations all the time. This location we had an awful experience. The food quality was definitely lacking. Spoke with Regional Mgr and she was very rude and refused to replace both my cupcakes. Unbelievable ! Red velvet taste like poison something was seriously wrong. She told me no one else called to complain. Therefore, she only considers complaints valid after multiple people call. The raspberry one had no raspberries in them. Both cupcakes were returned to the store as we couldn’t finish them yet she didn’t care. I tried to reach corporate and no one has called or emailed back. So disappointed.

Staff was incredibly unhelpful. I ordered an 8 inch cake that was for 50 dollars, which looks big when in a photo but it’s literally the size of my hand. Ridiculous prices for a cake that looks like a toddler could make it (sticking in toppers and messy frosting). Biggest mistake of my life. The cake was way smaller than 8 inches, we measured it. You’re better off with a Walmart cake for 20 bucks that’s twice the size of this.

It's not often that I indulge in sweets, but when I do, Nothing Bundt Cakes is a must-stop for me. (Being so close to where I live is both a curse and a blessing, lol!) On my latest visit, I was greeted by Brooke, who didn't rush me when it came to making my choices. I actually purchased four cakes, but the majority of the fourth one - lemon raspberry - managed to disappear before I took the picture. (They also carry full-size bundt cakes at a higher price point.) This store is always clean and welcoming, and the local franchise owner, Andrea, is an inspiration to local businesspeople.
