Custard on the Avenue

We ordered The warm chocolate chip cookie sundaes, ice cream nachos, and Shirley Temple float. Prices were great, food was delicious, atmosphere was so pretty and cozy and christmasy. I don't live super close but I will definitely be back. It is worth the drive. The owners are super friendly also!

Saw that they were offering grilled cheese and soups and knew I had to pop in. I was definitely not disappointed. I already knew the ice cream and service were top notch, but the grilled cheese and soup were phenomenal! My wife had the tomato soup and grilled cheese and was in love. This will become a definite cold season stop in. Definitely recommend snagging a sandwich and pairing it with a root beer or orange cream soda!

Took the kids for some ice cream, and it was amazing! I didn’t even know this place existed till today, best ice cream in town. Very nice set up! We will be back

We were in town for a hockey tournament and found this cute shop. There were so many great choices it took a minute for us to figure out what we wanted! I had the Biscoff Magic and it was so good. Really generous on the toppings and the custard was really good. Super clean, really cute decor and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Some friends and I had our monthly book club meeting at the brand new local business, Custard on the Avenue, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The moment you step in, you’re transported back in time to a 50s/60s ice cream parlor feel. The menu is stacked with tons of unique items and all of them sound delicious, I already know I’ll have to go back again to try others. Not to mention, everything is Michigan made! We chatted a bit with the owners who are lovely people and they told us more plans they have coming, and there’s a lot. Make sure you check out this new establishment!
