Notary Depot was amazing to work with. They were very quick and much faster than going to the DMV. I bought a car from out of state and needed to complete the title transfer and registration, and they made the whole process incredibly easy. As soon as the paperwork from the dealership was delivered, I called to let them know I was on the way. By the time I arrived, they already had everything prepared. It took them maybe five minutes to get my registration and license plate done. Brianna helped me and she was super friendly, efficient, and easy to work with! I definitely recommend! 😁

Went in twice and received horrible service both times. Wasn’t able to complete a transaction on the first time, and although service was bad - I thought maybe it was just a rough day for them. I went back the second time and regret that decision. Will not ever support this business again. Owner: no need to try to convince me that it’s all me like you have previous responded to your other bad reviews. Eventually others will find out for themselves, I just hope to prevent it for anyone willing to heed the warning.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The most glaring issue is the owner's shockingly unprofessional behavior. Their demeanor was dismissive, disrespectful, and frankly, quite rude. $31 for two minutes to notarize a simple form today. I said it was $15 last year, the response was we hear other places charge $75. FYI so you don’t make the same mistake I did.
