McDonald's

They did not inform my family they were out of indgredints for the big arch would not have gotten it if we had known. "Compesated for it with fresh fries when that should have been for the cold fries. Seemed to not really care that they didn't do their due diligence to let us know. Thought new location mabye better service but apparently not.

New McDonald's that they built was built to be absolutely lazy. They don't have a menu and expect you to fully use there kiosk system. They even put a money machine in so employees don't even have to count money

McDonald's has lost my business for good , but I do deliver and have to frequent this location and others and it's all the same . Lukewarm food and horrible service. It's ashamed really. I added 2 photos of the inside counter of this new location. Whomever would they like me to ask for help when there aren't any employees to ask?

This is a brand new location. Nothing has changed from the old location Inside and outside dirty. Forget getting any help at a register inside. Absolutely no customer service. I was truly hoping with a new location it would be kept clean. Nope. It took almost 10 minutes at 7:05 on a Thursday morning to get an egg mcmuffin and small mocha frappe. I was the only person inside. No napkins or straws to help yourself. Then you have to wait again to get someone's attention to get a straw. You basically have to lean over the counter to get someone's attention.

No one mans the register. It’s mainly order at kiosk only or app orders. No way to sub an English muffin for a biscuit on the big breakfast at the kiosk. Takes forever to get help. We got our meal pretty quick but order was wrong in 3 parts… I’d say with all the Mc Donald’s in town, go to a different one.
