I just wanted to give a Big Thank You to Norwin Messenger Service for Solving My Vehicle Registration Issue. I could not renew online and had no place to go for help. Was going to the DMV and my daughter suggested Norwin Mess. Serv.. It was on my way and I thought that I could'nt think of anyone better that could help. Walked in and talked to Kelly and she isolated the problem right away. She must have a super computer or atleast one hooked to the right place. Go anywhere but here. The old lady at the desk is rude and doesn't have any idea what shes doing. Save yourself the time, unless you want them to ruin your title.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Lady working was rude to the point she was downright mean. Did not know what she was doing. Refused to do a simple title transfer. Tried to claim she couldn't even touch it. Went to another notary who confirm there was nothing wrong woth what we needed done. Other location had our transfer and plate all processed in less than 10 minutes.

Went In for title & plate transfer. Called ahead so I knew what was needed. The lady at the counter was nice and we were out within 15 mins.

Wish I could give less than one star. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Very incompetent, worst notary I've ever been to. Went to the New Stanton location for a simple title/plate transfer. Only one person working on a Saturday took close to 25 min just to be seen, after that got everything transferred. Fine I thought, until I get a call saying that she accidentally gave me a copy of my drivers license and the other parties license, which should have been sent to the state. Confidential information given to a third party. Great job Irwin messenger. Told them I would fax it over within a day or two. The next morning I get a ignorant phone call demanding I send this fax over immediately or would have to transfer everything over again.
