Very dangerous driver in MAWC van. At about 2:30 pm a Water company driver backed out the driveway of 1206 Lewis Ave, Jeannette Pa, and nearly rammed straight into my family in our vehicle. So I beeped at them and thankfully we kept moving or they would have hit us. So about 30 seconds later, the same van sped up real close to the back of us. Then they tailgated us aggressively for the next five minutes. They swerved constantly behind us and even tried to get beside us by going in the other lane and crossing the double yellow lines. They made every turn we made, even loops around the block and in circles. They even followed us through alleys. I decided the safest thing to do was to drive to the police station and report them. The woman who showed up at my home in McKeesport was very nice and helpful. The water pressure is excellent now.

I wish you could give them zero stars water lines are constantly breaking. There has to be some number u can call to have a audit. Done on them, its getting ridiculous.

Had one of their reps trying to get into my basement without a last name or credentials. I did not let him in. They came back and trashed my yard. Shut off my water AGAIN without warning...all for the house next door that's being sold. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They don't give names when I complained to customer service. For "his" protection?? All I got was "Matt". I even offered to give the number for the owner/realtor next door but she said they can't take it. She even called back and said he no longer needed to get in my basement after all. Criminal activity???

We have had dozens, literally dozens, of water line breaks on our street in the past couple of years that we have lived here. They flooded our basement, causing damages and requiring us to spend thousands of dollars to prevent further damage to our home. They damaged the road and our parking spaces and keep telling us that we're on the list for their restoration crew to come out and fix it, but it's been months and months and they haven't. Water line just broke again a few times in the past couple of days, and we currently have no water and nobody is working on restoring it. My husband called when the crew left but we still had no water, and he was informed that their shift ended, so they went home and the next crew wasn't expected for a few hours after the first crew left. It boggles
