I had a bug sealed in my drink, which happens I’m sure especially in the summer time. my disappointment occurred when I came in the next visit and told the barista about it and showed the picture, she apologized, thank you for that. Am I in the wrong to expect compensation? It wasn’t offered and I think it is not the best business practice.

Man this place is busy, and for good reason!! The drinks, especially the bubble teas are exceptional! I love a Taro tea with their fresh made tapioca. So yummy! And you HAVE to try their breakfast burritos! So yummy and with a vegetarian friendly option. Very good. Highly impressed with the baristas, tentative and fast! Awesome place.

Although this place has many different options that make them look like they’re a cool coffee stand, that’s really all they have going for them. They’re just good at advertisement. I have been here numerous times and every time I regret spending my money here. I see their weekly or seasonal specials and they always look so good but when you go there if you don’t specifically say you want the SPECIAL you aren’t going to get it, it happens every single time I go there. I wanted their apple cider lotus, which is their seasonal special and that’s not what I got. So I asked is that the special, it didn’t look anything like the Apple cider lotus that was only on their seasonal menu. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and she goes ohh the apple cider lotus special, yes that’s

Honestly the strangest experience here. I asked the barista general questions about the teas (e.g. the difference between the bubble fizz drinks and other teas) and she just seemed bothered answering those questions. Which really should have been my sign to just leave. But anyways I ordered my drink and after paying I realized it comes with the popping bubbles (which I find disgusting), so I asked if I could change those to regular ones. Mind you the drink hasn’t be started yet, and the girl tells me no because the cards already been ran so she can’t charge me for the boba. However, as you can clearly see on the picture the bobas are the same price. I explained to the barista that I don’t want extra or anything I just want to switch them and they’re the same price. She lets me know that th

I frequent this location very often with my children. The atmosphere and a fantastic and the baristas are super friendly and personable!!! The white coffee is FANTASTIC 10/10 the only coffee stands I go to
