Great bunch of people ! They always go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

The old owner sold the business at the end of last year. I scheduled to have 5 cows slaughtered and processed the first week of October and they never showed up or called. Very disappointed with the new owners as they closed without notifying me even though I was on the schedule since February. Do not do business with the new owner’s as they are not responsible to keep their commitments.

Dropped my deer off there during their busy season. They told me it would be a couple weeks before I got my meat back, which I was fine with, I wasn't in a rush at all. So I check in a couple weeks later, they said "it will be done next week". Checked in again the next week, same answer. I waited a couple weeks, still no phone call so I call them and they said its done! They didn't even call me or anything to tell me it was done! I leave work early to get down there from Stevensville at about 4:45 to finally pick up my deer. I get there and they couldn't find it..... they could not find the deer that they had just butchered. The guy said he'd look around more with the rest of the guys tomorrow morning. I almost didn't want the thing at this point, I figured it wouldn't be my deer anyways.

Absolute horrible experience. Brought in 4 skinned and cleaned elk quarters and neck meat, and after over 5 weeks I got 77 lbs back. Makes me sick to my stomach after all the time, money and hard work that this is what comes of it. I do not recommend and will discourage everyone i know to go elsewhere.
