I recently dined at Ember and I can't praise it enough! The experience was nothing short of exceptional. First, let's talk about the food. The Marbled Meats flat iron steak was truly a highlight… perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavor. We also had the salmon from Chile, which was equally impressive. It was cooked to perfection, flaky, and beautifully seasoned, making it a delightful addition to our meal. What truly stood out was the price point. For the quality of the dishes and the care put into each bite, the prices were incredibly reasonable. High caliber of dining at an accessible cost. The service was absolutely outstanding. We reserved the Chef’s Table up front by the kitchen, and once again everything was incredible! Chef Brandon and team are very talented - the filet with the mushroom cognac sauce was melt in your mouth good. The toffee dessert is a MUST!! Ladonna was our server and she was so awesome - she explained our dishes, helped us choose what we ordered, and our drinks never went empty. All around, the Ember team is amazing and our community is lucky to have an establishment like this!!

Exceptional dining experience in the Bitterroot! The food demonstrates an advanced level of technique, skill, and training, yet remains approachable—it is neither pretentious nor unfamiliar. Every dish I've tasted, during multiple visits, has been superbly seasoned, balanced, and visually stunning. Don’t miss the desserts, they are some of the best in the region. The ambiance and service are equally inviting and warm. This establishment is a rare gem in Montana, as only a handful of restaurants in the state achieve this high quality of cuisine. It deserves your support if you are in the area.

This place…I can’t say enough good things. The atmosphere makes you feel like you’re dining in a large city and not our small little town of Hamilton. The service was top notch-we always had full glasses and were taken care of. And the food was AMAZING!! We got a few of the small bites-the mushroom flat bread and the beets were superb! My salmon was so full of flavor and tasted amazing and we all shared some sides. The 24 hour potato and choke chips were our favorites! The desert was so yummy too-so glad to have a local place that has a good desert! Overall, I’d 100% recommend to anyone! We had the best evening and if you can get the chefs table that’s an awesome experience too! A perfect date night, birthday or special anniversary spot!

I have visited Ember a few times. Every time the food is delicious. This time I started with the Wagyu Beef Round Carpaccio. It so was good. I would definitely order it again. They had Salmon as one of their specials so I tried that with garlic whipped mashed potatoes. Also delicious!
