I mean it’s not bad. But definitely not good. I got here around 12:30 on a Friday with the intent to be here earlier for breakfast, but that didn’t happen. It was not busy at all. There were maybe 4 to 5 tables occupied outside. And one inside We were greeted we had to sign in on a piece of paper (kinda outdated but ok) We were able to sit outside where we wanted that was nice. We only had to wait about five minutes to be seated. The tables were wiped down, but they were not cleaned. I use wipes that I had on hand. I did order half a French toast (it came with two slices of diagonal cut toast, a scoop of butter and syrup. Hot nice fine. Not amazing or anything, but it’s food. I also ordered a club sandwich with french fries a Coke and ranch. The Coke came out tasting like the syrup w
I work across the street and been wanting to visit for some time now. Wish I would have sooner. Nice place to grab a bite and watch the planes take off and land. The servers were very friendly but seemed a bit unorganized. It was busy so I’ll give them that. The amount of food for the price is worth the visit.
Open since 1983 this little diner attached to Brackett Field Airport has some of the best views of any diner that I’ve ever been to. I will say that the food is not very memorable, but the location and experience was. Inside is like stepping into a time capsule. You walk by telephone booths and newspaper stands to get into the restaurant which also looks like it is preserved in the early 1990s. It is attached to a giant free parking lot so parking is very easy and plentiful. Our server was also very nice and everything that we ordered came out pretty fast. We were lucky enough to get a table outside right by the air field and watched many planes take off and land, which was the highlight of our meal. The food itself was so so, but definitely not bad. We started off with a Cinnamon Roll, w
Stopped in on Thursday morning after my doctors appointment. Wanted to get breakfast and this was a short easy drive from my doctors office. Located at the airport the restaurant provides a great opportunity to see general aviation and enjoy yourself while you’re having breakfast or lunch. The restaurant offers seating outside or inside ( prefer outdoor) to watch the flights and outdoors. I had there (2) eggs with bacon and hash browns with white toast. The food arrived quickly and the service was excellent. 🤓👍✈️ definitely would come back again.
Good airport food. Hard to find a good biscuit and gravy and they do an adequate job. Fun to watch airport traffic while having a bite, with almost every seat having a runway view. Patio dining is preferred for nice days and runway view
