Over the years, I became hooked on Norfolk Coffee & Tea as a premier family owned business unlike no other. Chris and staff are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I decided to purchase a few bags to gift to a good friend, out of town. This was the immediate response I received back… **** I want to thank y'all again for the coffee. This isn’t just coffee. Stopped here yesterday for the first time. Greeted by the BEST smell and nice people! Asked for recommendations on beans for espresso, ended up with the Brazillian Cerrado beans and i can genuinely say this is the best coffee ive ever had. Better than any coffee shop or cafe. I can genuinely taste how fresh it is compared to when i use “grocery” beans. Not to mention price is affordable. Love that its a family owned business - these people know what theyre doing!!

I moved from Fredericksburg, VA to Knoxville, TN 2 years ago but I can't be without my Norfolk coffee. I only drink their coffee and have it sent to me. It is the best and the flavor lasts in the sealed cannister. I always have 6 different flavors because every morning starts a different day. I highly recommend this company, have been buying their coffee for years. Just added tea to my order I received yesterday.

They have a large selection of different blends. I got a pound of the "Virginia's choice", a medium blend, and it was fantastic when I brewed my coffee at home. Will be back to get more coffee beans in the future! This mix is very flavorful and great taste.

We had a great time here. Small locally owned shop. A great place to just take in the smells and the rustic look of aged equipment. The owners were very nice, giving out free cookies and being there to help with anything. Quick to start up a conversation and very polite. The teas are plentiful and come in bins that give thorough directions and suggestions on how to prepare the tea and what it goes well with.
