The baked goods are outstanding. Pricey, but outstanding. I ordered regular pretzels and a pretzel cake. I also received a couple of chocolate-filled pretzel-croissants that were absolutely delicious. Here's the process: You go to their website and order. Select a pick up date and time. Drive to the address like they suggest. Park behind the store. It will look like a residential parking lot. Walk through the walkways between the buildings to go around to the front. You'll see a beautiful waterfront with several stores. In one of my pictures, I've pointed out the yellow cupboard where (just-baked) orders are placed. Find your order and be on your way!

Amazing pretzels! But even better are the folks running this business! I cannot think of 2020 without this king of the awesome people here…they quickly (like overnight) made it possible to get their pretzels for safe pick up (who didn’t want to have ANY treat at that time)! Baking at home-but can’t find flour and yeast? This crew packaged up their supplies and made them available ❤️ As life started returning to normal they continued their philanthropy in our town - booster clubs, PTA, Many many local charities have been gifted in-kind or financial donations - truly a great company. 🥨 photos are some of the treats baked during quarantine thanks to Nordic Knot!

Pretzels are good but the platters are way over priced. Ordered an $80 pretzel jumbo platter and it was just a pretzel with some grapes and cheese, nothing at all like pictured. Just stick to the pretzels, everything else is a rip off.

Hands down the best soft pretzels I have had. So much so, over the years we have had them at our wedding reception and then baby shower 🥨💙 and while we all loved our reception for many reasons, friends and family on our anniversary will remind us how much they loved the pretzels 😂

We received these yummy individual snack boxes for Teacher Appreciation Week. It was such a thoughtful surprise. I’ll always pick savory snacks over sweets, and this box was really delicious. By far the best soft pretzel I’ve ever had.
