Noodles Restaurant

Cafe Noodle in Northampton is a family owned restaurant that has been a beloved part of the community for nearly 20 years, run with care by Lit and Sao. The owners are genuinely warm, and the dishes are clearly prepared fresh, with the Golden Custard Lava Bun being a must try. They do a wonderful job with fresh noodles, herbs, and vegetables that feel simple, honest, and full of flavor. The mango sticky rice with sesame seeds and coconut milk is an absolute delight after the meal, and the shrimp tempura is nicely crispy and crunchy, while the animal shaped stuffed buns add a fun touch. All in all, if you enjoy delicious food, a well run operation, and heartfelt hospitality, this is a must visit spot.

Noodles is my favorite restaurant. As a college student from the area, I come here 5-7 times per year with my friends and family, and have even come up during the summer (despite it being an hour away) just to get the vegetable dumpling udon noodle soup. Noodles serves large portions at fairly low prices, and their food is absolutely delicious. I especially love their flavorful clear broth that is included in my favorite soup. The menu is large and varied, and everyone that I have dragged to this restaurant has found dishes that they truly love. I cannot recommend it enough!

Noodles Northampton 100 Word Review May 17, 2025 We had many choices. My wife prefers noodles. My kids are used to noodles. I don’t mind. We went in and they explained they were short staffed. We were patient. I had an amazing bowl of noodles that was a lot, and filling. The most expensive was north of $15. Our youngest has a peanut allergy. He didn’t have a problem. We watched him scarf it down. The place was bright and welcoming. The servers were very nice. We would definitely go again. If we were in that neck of the woods.

Been coming here for 15+ years. A great spot for a nice curry tofu soup! Highly recommend!

Love this place during college. Came back 7 years later and the quality is still top notch.
