Noodles and Company

First and last time ever coming to this place. I ordered the Japanese pan noodles with vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. This was the description on the board. The broccoli was raw, small amount carrot shreds and some very overcooked mushrooms. I actually had to ask what they were. The noodles were rubbery and overcooked. I took two bites and all I tasted was fire. I think they were trying to cover up the lack of quality of food. I did bring the dish to the person in front and told her what I thought about it and was never offered a refund. The tables were dirty and sticky. When I walked through the door it smelled of a dirty kitchen. This should have been my first clue to walk back out.

Unfortunately the food was the worst part of our experience here. It's not bad for fast food, but not the quality we were expecting for the price. The Japanese Pan Noodles were good enough but pretty flavorless. Pot stickers were good. Fettucini was really bland. Buffalo chicken had no real flavor and the chicken was rubbery. Disappointing experience that we won't repeat.

I visited this location for the first time yesterday evening. Oh boy..where to start! Upon my arrival there were five people waiting. Three were waiting for a takeout order and two waiting to order. I asked one gentleman how long he had been waiting to place his order and he said about fifteen minutes. He waited another 15 minutes before being able to order, which means I also waited fifteen minutes to order. We were told that they had to catch up with their orders before they could take ours. While waiting at the counter, I noticed trash under the counters that had not been swept up. Once I was able to order, the staff was friendly and my food came to the table within a reasonable time frame. The young man who brought my food to the table was apologetic and very sweet. Customer service was great, especially Gabbie. The food was hot ,made to order and tasted good. You order a noodle bowl, you can get a protein or add whatever you want, they give you a # and bring it to your table, which came very fast. Only thing that I didn't like was the straws...too much like a toilet paper roll. Overall good place if you like noodles. The rice crispy was good too...made fresh.

I ordered two orders of the same pasta, one with extra protein. With a sealed bag I wasn’t able to see my order until I got to my destination and saw that there was no indication of which bowl had the extra protein. Should I pick out the shrimp and count them out. Unbelievable that a company the size of Noodles has no prescient for that. And when I called the store- the girl who answered was clueless. Typical .
