AJI SUSHI & RAMEN

This sushi and ramen spot absolutely delivers on flavor and presentation. We ordered the ramen first, and it was excellent, rich, balanced, and clearly made with care. We also tried several sushi items, and this is where the place really shines. The presentation was top class and the taste matched it bite for bite. Every plate looked intentional and impressive. The only hiccup was the service. We were not checked on during the meal, and a requested water never made it to the table. It did not ruin the experience, but it is something worth tightening up. That said, the food speaks loudly here. This is an easy return spot and one I am genuinely excited to come back to. If you love great ramen and beautifully done sushi, this place is absolutely worth your time.

What a gem in Pueblo! We love sushi and this place is amazing! So very excited to have found it! This is our 3rd visit and we can’t complain. It’s like being teleported out of Pueblo to somewhere with actual good sushi!

Wow! Best sushi I have had in Pueblo in quite some time. Great food and reasonable prices for fresh sushi. The service was amazing, the waiter was friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend you check this place out. 5 Stars! We will return again soon.

I said "wow" during every stage of this dining experience. The freshness of ingredients is where the quality is, making even a basic California roll taste special. The presentation is as amazing as the photos, they activate dry ice tableside for an artistic touch! I highly recommend their Cali roll, fried or plain, and their namesake Aji roll. And that's coming from someone who dislikes salmon for its fishy flavour and typically thinks Cali rolls are bland.

10/10 the best sushi in Pueblo. We've tried all of them lol. & this place is the best. Presentation of every dish feels so upscale. The Sushi itself tasted & felt so fresh.
