TERRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE! First I placed my order 45 minutes before I needed the food when I got there they weren’t busy but I still had to wait almost 15 minutes for my food then I paid 4.25 FOR PARMERSEAN CRUSTED CHICKEN and this is what they gave me . They were throwing food into bags and talking amongst each other instead of preparing the damn food then I asked for utensils and THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT IT IN THE BAG
Stay away from this location. Ordered to go, when I got home I check and received the wrong order. A small order from someone else. Too far to go back. Contacted customer service and the manager said she would mail me a voucher for the inconvenience. Guess what? Nothing. Absolutely the worst location by far, the workers there are extremely grouchy.
I really don’t know what’s happened to this place! The service is fine but chicken is now grey and fatty. All the noodles have changed. There is no flavor in anything anymore. I think I may be done with Noodles and company. What a shame!
I hope Carlos is there. In the past my food was not so great but yesterday I gave it a chance Carlos was working and his customer service skill were definitely on point. Greeted when I walk in. The food was made exactly how I like it. Perfect thank you Carlos
I've been going to this location for some time now and they always honor my request to pan fry the pot stickers which I appreciate so much. But the reason I'm writing today is because I got exceptional service from Jahar, who was super kind when I picked up my food. Thanks Jahar for the great experience!
