Noodles and Company

Ordered two meals and a side of potstickers. Aside from the fact that all the food was barely warm, I just can’t wrap my head around the random noodles in the potsticker container. I love Noodles & Company but I’ve been to this Hartford location probably four times now, and it’s just awful lol. This picture really highlights the poor quality.

Food probably would've been good had the kitchen staff not stared at my order for 10 min without telling the order runner that it was ready. Also the eccentric front register person said to use the 3 buttons that give them a tip... how convenient. Also the portion of noodles i got seemed like a small for a regular. And the cheesy garlic bread pieces were extremely small.

Was is there no butter on the buttered noodles and very little seasoning? Not what it used to be unfortunately. The price for noodles should cover it. Also got chicken noodle soup for $6 with chicken at all in the soup and half filled. Disappointing for what we pay and what once was.

Usually, we don't have a problem with Noodles & Company. Their food in the past has always been above standards and we've never had issues there before. All except for the Noodles & Company in Hartford. The workers there were nice, but at the end of the day, the food was hard, undercooked, and dry. It saddens me to know that I can't even go to the closest Noodles & Company without there being problems with the food. It's a bad look on the franchise and a bad look on Hartford.

Worst place. I’m really disappointed with my experience in Hartford. Previously, I ordered and they substituted cherry tomatoes for regular ones, which I was fine with. However, today my order was late, and I specifically paid for garlic lemon shrimp noodles, but they arrived without any shrimp. I even tipped an extra 15%. (Total of $14.96) I called four times to find out if they had run out of shrimp or at least to receive an apology, but no one answered the phone.
