After being a forever customer, l avoided going back for a very long time. Mostly because of a particular guy that worked the front, who was endured for waaay too many visits, l finally gave up. Also because many of the orders were subpar at best, which was a lot of $$$ lost (actually I'm speaking for several of us) I decided to call last night and give it a shot. Glad l did, Jesse was Super! Kind, patient & friendly in answering all my questions about different bowls & combos. I will say this though - the online menu situation Desperately needs updating. Too many versions with either vague explanations, like what are the specific veggie combinations, as well as items no longer offered. Very confusing. No matter where you click, all menus should be the same. There are too many 'Karens' out

Never had a problem with food here. Service is much worse at places that hire walmart rejects like Taco Bell, Mc Donalds, Etc. The service here is usually good, they hook you up with things of you ask. Wait times are descent. Food is always very good and ive never gotten food poisoning here. Prices are fair. Pretty much a mostly reliable spot to be a repeat customer and you can always count on some kind of above average level of consistency each visit

Was going to order food, but what is up with all the political stuff? You don’t need to announce that you’re lgbtq friendly……. It’s implied when you’re costumer friendly. How about just be nice to everyone and make everyone feel welcome? You don’t need to say weird things. Also, just make good food. No one cares about anything else. Just make good food. Leave the politics out of it.

Ordering. The lady may have been having a bad day but she was very rude. May be a personality issue, but either way she made the initial order very unpleasant. Some items on menu were unavailable- understandable. Must be popular items Teryaki chicken was great My kids loved the miso soup

The food is really good. The young man at the cash register however. Can’t hear him, not very friendly. And his hair looks nasty. Should be in a hair net. We’ve Been coming here for years. Surprised you didn’t notice.
