Nocturne Bakehouse

As I picked up my cookie holiday platter this evening from Nocturne Bakehouse, I felt like I was steeping into a beautiful Hallmark Christmas movie. The visual is magical with twinkling holiday lights adorn the welcoming warmly lit bakehouse and just as you step up to the doors beautiful Christmas music begins welcoming you in and along with the scent of a cozy wood stove fire definitely helps one to find the missing Christmas spirit.Oh and I cannot leave out the absolute wonderful flavors that will be experienced once you bite into one of these delicious treats! This end-of-the-road bake stand is pure magic. The festive decorations make it feel like stepping back into an old Victorian time, with the most amazing smells of freshly baked goods in the air. The sourdough bread is incredible—especially the cinnamon sugar sourdough, which is one of my favorites. The peanut butter cookies are delicious, and the s’mores cookies are another absolute must-try. Be sure to get there early because they sell out fast, but you can conveniently order online to guarantee your favorite treats. This is a must-try spot… just be warned, you’ll definitely be back for more
