Nocturnal Cookies

It’s everything you want. Fresh hot cookies, you didn’t have to bake.. and they honestly are better than the ones I make homemade. The business model whimsy is the cherry on top, in a world full of bad news I’m so happy to see a late nite cookie operation be a thing that’s thriving. ✨🍪

I ordered the 6 pack warm cookies and one extra which was and almond joy cookie! I also ordered the snack offered for my dog (which he enjoys)! My problem is my xtra cookie was not included with delivery. I called moments later upon realizing.Left a voicemail. To date never heard back from anyone about the delivery. Overall good cookies! I just would of liked to receive all of my order, or at least a response to my call!

Cookies are really good! However, I placed an order for pick up through Grubhub and the person at the counter couldn't verify my order because they needed a number. I have never had to give an order number when I pick food up for myself and Grubhub has never given me an order number. I just get asked for name & that’s it. I suggest you change your system so people are able to pick up their orders with ease & not go back & forth with the person working.

We ordered Nocturnal Cookies for delivery last night and were SO HAPPY! They arrived deliciously warm and soft, as if we had just taken them out of the oven ourselves. We can vouch for the quality and taste of the chocolate chip, m&m, oatmeal raisin, sugar, and mint chocolate chip cookies. These cookies were the perfect motivation while we were working late on a big project. We will 100% be ordering from them again.

I’m a pro cookie eater and veteran nocturnal cookie customer and I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of service I’ve been receiving at this location. I ordered red velvet cookies and instead of calling me or contacting me to say they were out, they gave me peanut butter cookies as a replacement (which I’m allergic to). Also, there hours are inconsistent… they said they were open today and they were clearly closed ( this happened multiple times). The last time I was there I had to wait 45 mins for 1 box of cookies, my grandma makes cookies faster and she’s british. What are they doing back there??? milking the cows????? safe to say we not be coming back.
