very rarely do i give out 5 stars but here’s why this place deserves it. I used to live in Orange County over 10 years ago, Noble Roasters was a go to spot for my son and I to grab a delicious brunch and hit the road. After living in the capital district for over 9 1/2 years, i found myself in the Campall Hall area and i was delighted to see that they are still open. Of course, I made my way inside for a bite to eat and a cup of delicious coffee and was amazed to see nothing has changed about this place. it was so nice to be greeted with a smile, service was still on point, atmosphere is and was always lovely. prices are fair for the yummy food. Wonderful place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a hearty breakfast / lunch sandwich. The owner & staff are very friendly & accommodating. 💜

Another great spot for a tuck in with pastries, lunch and terrific coffee. I had a hot chai latte and an "ABC" (apple-butter/bacon/chedder) egg sandwich that was a tad messy for a beardo like myself but nonetheless delicious. Pleasent vibe for hanging and chatting, sometimes with evening music or poetry events. It's almost in the middle of nowhere, making it an oasis of hearty pleasantry (if that's not a real word, it is NOW...).

Coffe ❤️ I love coffee and this place delivers on that product. Friendly customer service and welcoming atmosphere. We have the maple chipotle sausage sandwich but I was a bit disappointed. Maple takes over any other flavor in this dish and the meat had a very strong smell (not an enjoyable one) The BLT was pretty good. Stop by. You might enjoy it as much as we did!!

Been meaning to try this place for a while and it didn’t disappoint. Even tho I found out about it for having gf options since they didn’t have any macarons in stock I cheated and tried one of their chocolate chip muffins. Amazing all the same plus the chocolate frappe was the perfect way to start my work day. I hope to come back soon to get those macaroons when they do have them and maybe try their banana bread latte which looks good too :)
