No. 423 Smokehouse

The wings and brisket were really good. The ribs were fine, its a matter of preference. Sweet potato casserole was surprisingly good. Mac and cheese needs some help though.

Went there tonight my food came out cold. I told the waitress she took my plate and said she would make it right. That she did my ribs were hot and good as well as the sides. She kept our drinks full service was top notch. All staff were polite and helpful. Food quality it’s really good tonight ribs were half off prices were more than reasonable. This is my 3rd time going my wife and I give this place a 5 star rating. Definitely will repeat . This place reminds me of down South BBQ and awesome service.

Pulled off the interstate because I was tired. Looked for a nearby restaurant and found a smokehouse,, why not try it? Quick drive over, no wait, fast service, very friendly, and the foods I tried were really good. Fish nuggets? Were good. Cornbread salad was interesting. Pulled pork, and brisket, we're done well. And cheesey potatoes for the second side. Decent variety of selections on the menu. Probably something for almost everyone.

Left before we got our food. Waited way too long to get it. When we finally decided to leave, we were then informed a fryer was down and order was coming out. Maybe next time they can inform customers. Also the waitress seemed like she hated life, at 50 with a nose ring. Go figure. Just from what I saw the food is over priced. I guess if you're from Indiana and you don't cook, you don't care how service and food is. If you have a lot of time, and don't mind overpaying for food, then this place would be perfect for you.

My Mom, boyfriend and I really enjoyed the food at 423 Smokehouse in Petersburgh, IN. It was our first time there and the food was delicious. My Mom got the Diane pulled pork sandwich with homemade chips. The sandwich was huge and I can't believe she ate all of that. The chips were delicious. She did have a few of those leftover that she sent home with me, because there were a lot. I tried one there and they were good hot and cold. My boyfriend got the ginormous breaded tenderloin and fries. He always finishes a tenderloin, but that cut off piece was brought home for me to try later and it was really good. Now to my food choice. I got the pit roasted chicken, dark meat, with baked beans and potato salad. It was delicious. The only issue, and I won't say complaint, because it was very delic
