No 1 Chinese Restaurant

I moved to North Carolina a few months ago and came across this Chinese restaurant, more like a carryout. The food is not bad. One a scale of 1-10 I would rate it a 7. I've only had the fried rice and Egg Foo Yung. The service is what's horrible. The staff there is NOT friendly. They don't speak a lot of English. If you choose to open a business any business in any country, do your due diligence and learn the language, who to properly run a business in said country. Nothing is more irritating than someone who wants your money but you can't even communicate or answer any questions.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, & it’s hands-down one of my favorites. The food is consistently delicious & the service is always warm. They know who I am when I walk in & the guy who works up front always remembers my Dr Pepper without me even saying a word. 😊 That kind of personal connection means everything! This time, I noticed something a little off with one of the dishes that my brother ordered today... some broccoli came out looking darker than usual, not sure if its bruised or old..? It’s the first time we’ve ever had anything like that happen here, & I know that’s not the norm for them. I trust it was just a one-off, and it won’t keep me from coming back. The food was extremely mediocre, and the man working the front was very rude and argumentative. Nothing went smoothly during my visit. I ordered honey chicken, and unlike other restaurants, it was an unnaturally bright orange. When I questioned it, he repeatedly dismissed my concern by saying, “I’ve been here 20 years,” instead of addressing the issue respectfully. He does not work with customers he argues with them. At one point, he stuck his hands into my bag, which was completely inappropriate. I don’t know if he threw the food away after I opened it, but it was my food, and I did not give permission for anyone to touch it. I wish I could leave zero stars but you have to at least leave one in order to get this message through. The people here suck their attitude is terrible and their food is garbage. For three people to eat it was $70 are you kidding me!! Go somewhere else get good food and good service but here you will not find it. Next time I will be going to Fuquay to China Won they are respectful their prices are great and the food is excellent.

Called in a takeout Got there in three minutes was supposed to take about 10 minutes so I should've known when I got there and it was ready. That's something wasn't right. I even bought two extra drinks and left a tip which I normally don't do. This is the worst food I've ever tasted rice. It doesn't even taste fresh. It tastes leftover and there's a greasy taste in my mouth whenever I eat it There's too much grease in it and half of mine sweet-and-sour chicken bites are burnt and the Egg roll taste like it's leftover from yesterday. This is my last time eating here. I used to eat here all the time.
