Ninja House Hibachi Express

This new Hibachi fast food restaurant got great hibachi combos with reasonable prices and great sizes. The steak hibachi had the same price as the chicken. The steak was great with a medium temperature, but the fried rice was too salty. Yum yum sauce was great. Service was fast and friendly. WiFi was not available. The room was small without a restroom.

I ordered Ninja House Hibachi Express online and headed over to pick it up, blissfully unaware that the entire area had just lost power. When I walked in, the place was completely dark, the staff couldn’t see their online orders, and my food was—understandably—a mystery. And yet… these absolute legends didn’t skip a beat. Sitting there in winter coats, in near pitch-black conditions, they still cooked my order anyway. No complaints, no hesitation—just pure, next-level customer service. If that’s not “customer first,” I don’t know what is. And I haven’t even mentioned the food yet—which was fantastic, by the way. I was genuinely blown away by how kind, gracious, and determined the staff was. Power outage or not, they absolutely delivered. Outstanding experience all around. Thank you!

I love this place and felt compelled to write a review (rare). I very much enjoy hibachi, but I don’t always want to sit down at a restaurant and leave smelling like all the food and oils, which usually comes with a traditional hibachi experience. My orders here are always ready quickly, portion sizes are great for me (I always have leftovers; I realize that may not be the case for everyone), and the owners (I assume they’re the owners) are always kind and professional; greeting me with a smile. I’m so happy to have this option in the Grandview area. Ninja House Hibachi Express will stay in my takeout rotation.

Had this for take out and definitely was not disappointed! We live in Grandview and have been wanting to try this and a Friday night take out was the perfect chance. Portions were great, everything cooked exactly as we ordered, and super flavorful! We will definitely be back!

Delicious food. Good yum. Yum sauce. Good steak. Good rice and good prices. The owners were very nice, we took a seat outside and as soon as it was done they just brought it straight out to us even though it's takeout. Can't recommend them enough! And it was really fast too. They said it would be 10 to 15 minutes when we walked in, but I'd say it was more like 7. We didn't order ahead or anything
