Nine Cities Craft

It was delicious! The food was spectacular, cooked to perfection. I would definitely come here again, and the staff??? They were so sweet!!!ᰔᩚᰔᩚ they always asked if I was okay, and if I wanted any refills or anything! The waitress, Mariana, was super kind and caring to me. I'm so glad she was helping me tonight since I was so stressed. Hehe! Anyway, 100/10 I recommend!ᰔᩚᰔᩚ

Tell you what... The wait staff here is amazing! Ricky and the ladies that are working the high tops are absolutely smashing!! They are friendly, accommodating, quick to help, and fast to serve. When every other place in this airport is packed. They'll take care of you!!!

Really cute place. Clean. Good tunes. Lots of seating. Fake nice customer service, despite it being passive aggressive, it was fine. Very expensive, but compared to the only other places open at 4:30am in the airport, not bad. Even though they open at 4:30, and were 10 minutes late opening, took his sweet time to rearrange chairs, but didn't tell those of us waiting that all they could offer was black coffee & yesterday's blueberry muffins until 5am... until we were standing in line, apparently to his annoyance. Given the poor taste, they may even be day before yesterday muffins. Not even tea or juice?! I have to admit, part of me wonders if the lack of available items was due to the late opening. Mariana made our travel around the holidays fun. She took great care of us and was super kind.

Inside the Palm Springs Airport first terminal. Indoor and outdoor eating areas. Lots of staff but a little slow to respond to you. Good tunes playing overhead. Ordered the salmon sandwich/burger comes with chips or slaw and a Pepsi. The salmon was soft and flavorful. Decent sandwich for an airport spot. They also have a full bar a nice draft variety. Meal was filling and worth the cost. I say check it out.
