We had an amazing meal at Nim’s House of Thai Food! The flavors were fresh, authentic, and comforting from the very first bite. The green curry was beautifully balanced — creamy, fragrant, and perfectly spiced. The Tom Yum soup had that signature tangy kick with just the right amount of heat, making it an absolute standout. The fried rice was flavorful and not greasy at all, and the Pad Thai hit that perfect sweet-savory note with a nice balance of noodles, veggies, and peanuts. And reading some of the reviews, I just have to make a comment. These people work very hard in very long hours, and sometimes especially us older people. Are not always as pleasant as we would want to be. It's almost impossible to find employees, and we work ourselves to death. Trying to provide food and service to the quality we intend. Please be patient with them and understanding and you will find them to be awesome people. I've been on a kick with bananas. Amazing Thai food. Don’t worry about the atmosphere. Shockingly good Thai in Fairbanks. Got the green curry with chicken medium spice and the drunken noodles with pork. The pork was outstanding. I believe the drunken noodles were homemade. They were very good with GF.

Excellent food and we ended up eating twice from here during our 5 day stay in Alaska. Soup both Tom Yum and Tom kha was excellent, Drunken noodles veggie was ok, rest of the food was excellent. Place needs more lift up
