We ate here with friends who live in the area. Great place. We stopped on a Friday night so I had to go with the all you can eat cod dinner. Excellent choice. Cod had kind of a cornmeal breading on it, which I'm more used to seeing on catfish but it tasted great. My wife had the chopped steak, it was big and had a really good flavor. Great local place, decent prices. Great staff and good service.
The restaurant was quite busy. Our server was amazing!! She gave great recommendations and was super kind. The food was amazing. All food was seasoned well, especially the potatoes. The food was pretty inexpensive, with huge portions for the cost. In general I'd give the place a 12/10
They have awesome servers! And the owners are absolutely amazing!!! Great food whatever dish you may order.
Nick’s is more than pancakes. Lots of other options besides breakfast food, although we all ate breakfast for dinner. Serving sizes are large. There is a kids menu and Senior menu for those over 65.
We always stop by Nick's when we pass through Jerseyville. Food is always good. Wait staff is friendly and prompt.
