Food is good do not get me wrong. Very fresh. But it is very annoying no one is in the building to help you if needed. Then it doesn’t state what time they start making food. So I went in to order food before break just to go back at 1030 for the guy to tell me they don’t start making food until 11. Now I have nothing for lunch because I already paid at the machine. If you don’t start cooking until 11. Then lock the door so people don’t come in and start ordering and swipe their card.

Nicki’s is one of those places in Lakewood that feels like it was created for people who live on “I’ll just grab something quick” — and then somehow it turns into a whole production (in the best way). 😄 The food is fresh, clean, and put together mamash nicely — like, you open the box and it already looks like someone cared. Portions are solid, everything tastes like it wasn’t just “thrown together,” and it’s perfect for when you need an easy lunch, a classy bite for a meeting, or you’re hosting and you want people to say, “Ohhh, this is from Nicki’s, ah?” Also, the whole ordering vibe is super smooth—good packaging, organized, and it feels very heimish-professional (yes, that’s a real category). They had very good food in past 5 years I wish it was the same yesterday when we got burgers 🍔 Still fine but nothing like it used to be!
