niche /niCH,nēSH/ - denoting products, services, or interests that appeal to a small, specialized section of the population . My work sister and I went to Niche in Paxton for the first time today. We had been talking about going for some time, like since June! Yes! It's taken that long to get over there! 😆 . We were greeted kindly by Malinda at the front counter and then by Michele who came from the kitchen. This is key to keeping customers, welcoming your customers with a warm welcome and big smiles! Best Italian beef I’ve EVER had!! I’m incredibly picky about Italian beef, so I took a chance and sooo glad I did!! Love the au jus as well! I always get extra. So much flavor!! And great serving sizes!! The hot dogs are great! My husband loves the meatball ravioli sandwich (it’s huge!). We drive an hour one way just to order us some Niche! And the employees are always friendly and very welcoming!

The food here is inedible. Most of the food pictures on this page are fake. The hot dog was grey and mushy and not actually a Vienna hotdog. The polish sausage and Italian beef were microwaved and rubbery. Absolutely disgusting. I will be reporting this restaurant.

Picked up italian beef for my dad, who is Chicago beef raised. He loved it, compared it to Nicky's up north. The portions are generous & priced right. We'll be back.

Italian Beef with cheese for Italian Beef for my wife. Both had curly fries. We're done little too much. Calazones were delicious! Friendly great service. We will be back again
