Niagara Falls Public Library

The staff & librarians were so helpful. My friend and I traveled here looking for some old family history records of her great, great, great grandfather’s, they went above and beyound helping us looking stuff up but also giving us great recommendations for local stores & restaurants! Libraries are the heart of a community with rockstar staff who are the pulse!!

Today I visited this public library, I had the great experience here as the one of the librarian BETH helped me alot , in few clicks she give me the new library card , and introduced me with the library n it's amenities. she is a kind hearted and people's person, always there to help . And at the same time library was just aww , be it be quite room , study room , personal assistance, amount of books , resources, and vibe . I love it . And to mention library is free , no charge for anything, just follow the rules .

Always an ok place for studying and checking out books or movies. I appreciate their quiet rooms. No smell from other people or that wet smell.

Shout out to Taylor who was working at the circulation desk on Tuesday Sept 3rd at the Mcbain centre. I came in at 5 PM to drop off a book and Taylor was so kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. Taylor went above and beyond by offering thoughtful recommendations and bringing such positive energy to the interaction. Great vibes, which deserves recognition!
