My family & I rented an Airbnb in Canada (Niagara Falls) for a family vacation on August 1 -4 2025 @ 4352 Simco St. Niagara Falls Canada with the owner John Pinter. John had horrible communication during my whole experience, it was a hit or miss if he would answer his phone or messages. I ignored most of the things I didn’t like about the Airbnb because I was trying to have a more positive experience/perspective . It was definitely cleaned & John bought breakfast every morning as a courtesy. It was delivered 30 minutes later than promised. || What i made my familys & my experience horrible was the smell of the house. It smelled moldy, old furniture/carpet, & cigarette smell. I had to open all the windows as it was summer & hot, I purchased air freshener for the whole house to help a tad

My visit at the Spring Manor was a fantastic experience. The hostess Jacqueline is incredibly accommodating and made sure we were always comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and offer lots of space for storing your clothes and bags. The bathroom is modern and even comes with nice, multi-ply toilet paper! Each room has a lockable fire-proof door for added security. You can walk to Clifton Hill in about 20 minutes along a very scenic route or a quick 3 minute drive/Uber ride. There is space for 3 cars to park in the driveway as well. The best part of staying at the Spring Manor is the complementary breakfast prepared by Jacqueline. The food is incredibly fresh and taste much better than all of the restaurants that I have been to around Clifton Hill. I would

My first visit to Spring Manor Bnb was in 2016 and I have returned to stay almost annually and will continue to return, to relax or celebrate life's moments. Jackie is everything a host should be and more.....from the warm welcome, to the comfortable rooms and amenities to the AMAZING dishes that Jackie creates in her kitchen. Everything is fresh and delicious, and the care and love that she puts into everything is evident. During my first visit, I was fortunate enough to book a private dining experience for dinner and everything was absolute perfection.....the food, the atmosphere.....I have always, and will continue to recommend Spring Manor to anyone traveling to the Niagara area. You arrive as guests, but leave as friends.

Where do I begin? Spring Manor is an absolutely lovely place to stay! Extremely clean, very welcoming host, and the best part of all? The food will be the best you’ve ever had! Jackie, your host and chef, is an amazing host cook. She made the best breakfast my husband and I have ever had! She grows everything she serves, very much a farm to table type establishment. We had such a very restful sleep as well. Big king bed and large private bath. Jackie also recommended a delicious restaurant to go to for dinner, which served amazing food (also farm to table)... AG inspired cuisine about a six minute drive from the B&B. Would absolutely recommend this place and encourage you to go!

My partner and I visited Niagara Falls from 19-24th July 2019 and stayed at Spring Manor for our whole stay. I cannot speak highly enough of Jackie and her B&B - the whole five days were amazing. Jackie is a very knowledgeable local and was happy to give us ideas on where to go and what to see that was a bit further away from the expensive tourist trap of the Falls. We did everything she suggested and it was all fantastic!||||We stayed in the larger of the three rooms and had an en-suite - definitely worth the slight increase in cost! The room was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay including locally produced shampoo and conditioner. Refreshments were provided downstairs - tea, coffee, ice cold water all on offer 24 hours a day. ||||Now for breakfast. Wow. Jackie really knows
