I signed up for a newspaper subscription on their website three months ago, but never got a single newspaper. I called and sent e-mails about this, which went unanswered. Are these people even in business anymore? If not, they should take down their website.
Very nice and courteous manner and service. Kind and considerate. Had a pleasant experience with all I was in contact with.
